1 Wrapping

Wrap up your wedding dress safely and securely as possible, rolling rather than folding is preferential to avoid damage to the garment.

2 Include order information

Include in your package a page which has: Your name, Address, Postcode, Email and Phone number. Also your preference of wedding dress box should you choose this option.

3 posting

Please use Royal Mail Tracked 48, either in the post office or online. DG Bridal, Unit 15, Carlton Trading Estate, Pickering Street, Armley, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS12 2QG.

4 Payment & delivery

On receipt we will email you an invoice for online payment and proceed with the cleaning operation.

Please allow 5 working days for your dress to be returned.
